what happens to video guys when they have no bus to go to and have nothing to do... oh and they have free reign of someone else's golfcarts...

gorge part 1

every labor day dmb play the gorge in washington state. it's kinda like the whole rock n roll camping thing again that i mentioned when the fray came through the nw earlier in the summer. this year was going to be a bit different. we we're flying in from kc , this means no buses. thankfully amy came to hang for the weekend and we turned her folks honda mini van into our own tour bus.





apparently , without a bus to hang out on during our downtime at the gorge i spent alot of time in catering taking pictures.

a familiar sight

it seems like i did alot more flying on this tour. i'm not a big fan of early flights in general let alone checking into a hotel, showering then heading to the airport.

alpine valley

every summer we do 2 nights at alpine valley in wisconsin. this year rage against the machine played the night before we did.
to top it off it rained like a no other turning alpine valleys lawn into a giant mud pit.
when we came in the next day the venue looked like it had taken a beating. they put hay down on the lawn where the grass used to be to try and cover the fact that the lawn had pretty much turned into a giant mud pit.

starting to feel better

i was finally starting to feel better once we reached indy. it's always nice to see DFY when we're in the indy area. it would just feel kinda wrong if he wasn't around. kinda funny considering he hasn't lived there for years. anyways. it was nice to see some joanna out with the boys. they all look amazing and it was nice to have some little people around .
