easter!!

this was the 1st easter i was able to be home for in 6 or 7 years. insane!
(remember last year when i had a day off in branson , mo. in a mall parking lot)
it was nice to spend some time with the fam and do the bbq thing, as well as seeing my pops getting into the holiday . ha!



my folks also just got their solar panels installed on their house! woo hoo, it's nice to see them taking the next step and trying to be as "green" as possible.

east bay peeps

one of the best things about all this time off during this current break is being able to hang with good eggs in berkley.
the last few times i've gone to visit erik and em i've taken the amtrak to richmond then the bart to the north berkeley
station.


in less than a month i'll be flying to the stl for em and erik's wedding. i'm just so glad to be able to attend. they are def two of my favorite people.

austin part deux

i stayed an extra day in austin to hang with mel. she took us to an artist compound sort of thing during the day then we went to the alamo theater to see semi pro. (can i say shinerbock and fried pickles!)

turkey day - st patty's day

i'm done trying to play catch up on this. i don't remember who i told this to, but i warned them that it's not unusual
for me to get a little grumpy between thanksgiving and st. patricks day. i don't love this about myself, but it's a reality.
the week before st. patricks day started up the madness wit sxsw in austin. some good bands , lots of good mexican food and some hang time with 2 of favorite peeps, melanie and anderson!
